Hanes4Education. Marketing Guidelines for Vendors

• Hanes4Education is an exclusive partnership with Box Tops for Education® and may not be represented as being affiliated with any specific vendor. For example, a vendor may not state that they have a partnership with Box Tops. However, a vendor can say that they are supporting the Hanes4Education program.
• The Box Tops logo can only be used as part of the Hanes4Education logo (Hanes + BT).
• Vendors are encouraged to use the downloadable materials and images available on www.Haneslocator.com and www.Hanes4Education.com to communicate to schools, parents and communities to promote interest in the program and explain how they can earn cash for their schools. These can be used on vendor Web sites, in advertising, and in other promotional materials.
• Downloadable PDFs from www.Haneslocator.com and www.Hanes4Education.com cannot be altered or personalized. Vendors are encouraged to include or attach a personalized note, introduction, etc., when distributing these materials. However, the Redemption Process, Redemption Form and logo should not be altered or personalized.
• Form letters and email templates can be customized and are intended to be personalized by vendors.
• When vendors use language about Hanes4Education and Box Tops for Education on their Web site or in any promotional materials, vendors should use the approved wording from materials available on www.Hanes4Education.com.
• Vendors cannot claim that they are giving away Box Tops. Schools can earn Box Tops only through participation in the Hanes4Education program.
